The first time I met Miriam, I never expected to find someone so kind, caring and inspirational. What should have only been short visit, turned into two hours of helping me understand how to set up my nutrition, gear my training for my goals and invite me to come join the team where I would find pure motivation daily. Within just a few months, the results were obvious and the inspiration kept me pumped. Not only does Miriam have the knowledge, she also has the empathy and words to keep you going when you want to quit. If I didn’t show up, she would reach out to make sure I was ok and offered to pick me up so I could come to the gym. I send everyone her way who needs help and highly recommend her if you truly want to make a change in your life. She goes out of her way, no matter what time or day it is, to help make sure you are successful as long as you put in the work.

I started working with Miriam about 2 years ago, and can truly say that she is a master of her craft. To take an endurance athlete like me and make me fall in love with weights was no easy feat. Having spent years only doing cardio (running and biking), I was not a big fan of the weights. Working through an injury led me to start incorporating weight training into my plan, and I will be the first to say I had my doubts. Miriam not only knows the skill and technique needed to workout injury free, but she truly believes in the full potential of her clients, even when they have doubts themselves. Miriam worked with me for quite some time, never giving up on me when I had my doubts, and never putting limits on what I could do (even when I limited myself). It is impossible not to meet any goal you set working with Miriam and Eric, because they believe in everyone and their dreams as if they were their own.

For as long as I can remember, I've always struggled with my weight. I tried all types of diets and exercises but only attained minimal results for short periods of time. I have always heard about the benefits of having a personal trainer but quite honestly I was very intimidated by the thought of talking to someone else about my weight issues. However the turning point for me was last year when I weighed 160 pounds. I am only 5’ feet tall and I was feeling out of breath just walking around the house. That is when I met Coach Miriam and Eric. From the moment I met with Miriam, I knew I made the right decision. She actually listened to me and explained an effective meal and exercise plan based on my personal goals. Just after 6 weeks using her guidance I lost 9 healthy pounds all over my body. Additionally I learned so much about nutrition and regained my confidence. Coach Miriam was always available to answer any questions in person or via text. Must importantly she always explained the WHY behind anything we did. Coach Eric was always around during our workout sessions. His mentorship and encouragement during our workouts were instrumental to my success. He is the must positive person I had never meet. I am very grateful to have been introduced to them because the knowledge gained from these two fitness professionals has changed my life. I am more confident and healthy than ever. Now I am addicted, setting new fitness goals and maintaining a healthy relationship with food. I highly recommend Miriam and Eric to anyone who is looking for genuine fitness guidance and support.

I first met Miriam in April 2016. She had a fiercely motivating spirit which spread throughout the entire gym. I heard about her spin cycle classes and decided to give it a try. I was instantly addicted! Her attitude towards life, and her motivation and passion for fitness was inspirational. Her ability to inspire, motivate and exhaust an entire gym was incredible. After talking with her briefly, I learned her and her husband Eric shared the same passion for fitness and motivating others. They would stop in the middle of their own vigorous workouts to guide and mentor others who are on their own journeys. Seeing their shared passion of fitness and inspiration fired me up, and motivated me to start on my own journey. I set goals for myself and Miriam pushed and motivated me to make sure I kept on track to accomplish those goals. Even though goals fall on an individual, she pushed me to accomplish whatever I set my mind too. She was right there with me every step of the way when I taught my own first spin classes, and she was right there with my when I ran my fastest ever 2 mile run for the military. Those are only two occasions of many where she has pushed and motivated since meeting her. She always inspires me and so many others to do the best we can and don’t ever give up. I started Miriam’s workout regiment and found a drive and motivation I have never experienced. I have been continuing her workouts since then, and my body has transformed in ways I have never seen. I played years of high school and college softball and thought I was in the best shape back then. After learning so much from Miriam involving my diet and exercise, I can now say I am in the best shape of my life now. I have burned fat, built muscle and lost about 20 pounds. My attitude towards life has been molded into something so positive and energetic. I am happier with myself, my body, and it is seen by everyone around me. I sleep much better and have a much more positive attitude towards life. I will forever be grateful and thankful for what I have learned from Miriam, what I will continue to learn and will cherish the relationship we have built since. Very few times in life do you come across someone with such a huge heart, amazing spirit towards life, and someone so knowledgeable on having a healthy lifestyle.
